5 Day Workshop on Personal Wellness and Work Life Balance

S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute, Jaipur successfully organized 5 days FDP cum workshop on ‘Personal Wellness and Work Life Balance’ from 13th to 17th May, 2024 through virtual platform. The program received an awesome response with more than 300 participants from around 50 colleges all over India. All the sessions were jam-packed on online meeting platform and huge number of participants were watching sessions through you tube live also. Ms. Anshu Harsh (Well-known Author and entrepreneur) was the guest on the very first day of the event.

In inaugural speech, chairperson of the FDP cum workshop Prof Dr Raju Agrawal welcomed everyone and shared his views with the participants that if faculty members want to develop themselves and their students, then attending such faculty development program would enhance their skills of teaching concepts practically. Sir further shared that it helps to improve the performance of faculty in teaching and highlighted the importance and objectives of organizing faculty development program.

Ms Aastha Tantia, Author and Happiness Coach was the keynote speaker for first session on ‘3 Secrets to Personal Healthy Wellness.’ She discussed about secrets to Personal healthy wellness and their applications and challenges to personal wellness.

The second session was conducted by Aatish Lodha, (Founder, Gifting Memories) on ‘Motivation: Cultivating a Positive Mindset’. He said that motivation is essential for developing positive mindset.

Mr. Adityanath Sharma, (Founder, Nineth Space) was the resource person of 3rd session on ‘Time Management and Productivity in Life.’ He shared the knowledge about various time management tools helpful for educators to enhance productivity at every step.

The fourth session was on ‘Work Life Balance’. Ms. Deepa Ramchnadani, (Director, Dhi-sukham) was the keynote speaker. She discussed about important aspects and techniques of work life balance.

Mr. Konark Vashishta , (Chief Operating Officer, Good start) in his session on ‘Holistic Time Management with Happiness’ discussed the tools, steps and tips to achieve holistic time management retaining happiness within self.

All the sessions were very informative. The discussed areas were of great benefit to the participants as the topics match with the academic curriculum. Participants were educated on various aspects of Personal wellness and work life balance to reduce stress and enhance productivity and wellbeing. This FDP cum workshop was immensely useful for the beneficiaries. The event was well coordinated by Mrs Parul Bhargava. The vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Kaneenika Jain.
