A workshop on “New Era of Entrepreneurship” was organized by S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute, Mansarovar under the aegis of Institute Innovation Council (IIC). Sachin Khandelwal, CEO & Founder, Spider Link Networks Pvt. Ltd. was the keynote speaker of the workshop. Prof. Dr. Raju Agrawal, Director, S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute and IIC Convener welcomed the keynote speaker with a bouquet and shared the usefulness of the program with the audience. In his speech, Sachin Khandelwal shared his work experience and journey as an entrepreneur with the management students. He shared that Starting a entrepreneurial venture is a riveting roller coaster of emotions with tremendous highs and at times, difficult lows, but one thing that always helped me through the ups and downs is to connect with some of the greatest minds.  He informed about the trends of the new era of entrepreneurship and innovation. The life of entrepreneurs is full of challenges. If a person wants to enjoy for few years then he/she should opt for carrier as employee. But if a person is willing to enjoy lifetime, becoming an entrepreneur is the way. Winners never quit and quitters never win. Entrepreneurship is an art of winning. An entrepreneur brings livelihood to many people and in present era, if the youth become job givers instead of job seekers, then development in the country will be at its peak. The workshop was moderated by Parul Bhargava (IIC member). IIC Coordinator Kaneenika Jain proposed the vote of thanks. Faculty members and management students were benefited in the workshop.
