workshop on Entrepreneurship Skill Attitude and Behavior Development by Mr. Anil Sharma, Director & Master Trainer, ATS Corporate.

S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute, Mansarovar under the aegis of Institute Innovation Council (IIC) organized a workshop on “Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behavior Development”. Anil Sharma (Director & Master Trainer, Corporate Trainers ATS) was the keynote speaker for the Workshop. At the outset the students were welcomed, made aware about the objective of the workshop and the initiatives of Institution Innovation Cell. Prof. Dr. Raju Agrawal, Director, S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute and IIC Convener welcomed the keynote speaker and presented a bouquet. In his speech, he motivated students to develop a positive attitude first, as it is a key of success. A positive attitude and outlook is a must for successful entrepreneurs. The mindset of the head of the company sets the tone for the rest of the company and influences corporate culture. In the workshop, Anil Sharma in his statement shared his own work, experiences during training and coaching with the management students. He told that Entrepreneurial skills centre around attitudes (soft skills), such as persistence, networking and self-confidence on the one hand and enabling skills (hard skills) on the other hand, including basic start- up knowledge, business planning, financial literacy and managerial skills. He explained through demo that what precautions should be taken by a person during interview, business meeting etc. He described the formula of a person's success through the ABC formula as Appearance and Attitude, Body Language and Behavior and Communication. The workshop was coordinated by Parul Bhargava (IIC member). IIC Coordinator Kaneenika Jain proposed the vote of thanks. The workshop highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship skills and attitude and their value for the longevity of a business. More than 55 students and faculty members participated in the workshop.
