S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute organized 5 Days Faculty Development Program cum Workshop on “Personal Wellness and Work Life Balance” from 13th-17th May 2024. On day second, Mr. Aatish Lodha speaker of FDP cum Workshop and founder of Gifting Memories started the session on “Motivation Cultivating a Positive Mindset”. During his session he talked about that everything is here in your mind. Positive Mindset is a proactive, progressive & constructive way of approaching life's challenges & opportunities. He also said that don't run behind success run behind the excellent so successful follow you everywhere and also give different examples on mindset.

The overall session of the Faculty Development Programme cum Workshop was successfully come to an end with sharing lots of views and valuable suggestions.
