S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute organized 5 Days Faculty Development Program cum Workshop on “Personal Wellness and Work Life Balance” from 13th-17th May 2024. On day first, Ms. Aastha Tatia (Happiness Coach) was the keynote speaker and delivered a session on “Three secrets on Personal Healthy Wellness”.
Ms. Aastha spoke about personal wellness as the holistic state of well-being encompassing various aspects of an individual's life, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. She shared three secrets to enhance personal wellness - First, cultivating self-awareness which enables individuals to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Second, prioritizing self-care which involves taking intentional actions to nurture one's physical, mental, and emotional health. Third, building resilience which refers to the ability to bounce back from adversity and thrive in the face of challenges.
Prof. (Dr.) Raju Agarwal, Director of Subodh Management Institute, Jaipur welcomed the guest of honour, speaker and all the respective participants and also shared some spotlight on Personal Wellness and Time Management insight Stress relief.
He said that making and following a task schedule reduces anxiety. As you check off items on your “to-do” list, you can see that you are making the task easy and reduce the anxiety. Being able to manage time and, in turn, stress, is essential for a healthy body and mind.
The guest of honour of the Faculty Development Program cum workshop was Ms. Anshu Harsh from (Simply Jaipur).
She also speaks about the Personal Health wellness and the mantra of healthy lifestyle and also congratulated everyone for inaugurating the program and while motivated words she very nicely put an end to her words by saying few lines of positive quotation.
