On 30th January 2024, S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute, Jaipur organized a visit to Rajasthan International Film Festival, Jaipur Rajasthan.

RIFF - Rajasthan International Film Festival stands being a organization in the area of international cinema, initiate by RIFF FILM CLUB, Non Profit organization, which will make endeavors towards imparting a novel identity to the world cinema, through conducting film festivals in Rajasthan every year. RIFF will continue to work concerning technical and academic aspects of cinema. The organization will make attempts to connect the world cinema with the common public and making it a social concern, through conducting various seminars, debates and discussions.

After Successful EIGHT editions ( Six editions in Jaipur and last Two editions in Jodhpur ) now festival is back to pink city i.e. JAIPUR ,so the next 10th edition of RIFF - Rajasthan International Film Festival - RIFF 2023 will be held from 27th Jan  - 31st Jan 2023 at Gem Palace, MI Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This FIVE day extravaganza showcases a diverse, language independent, selection of the best feature films, documentaries and short films from around the world, on themes of Hindi and English and other Rajasthani cultures and identities. In addition, the festival also features concerts, gala events, film parties, seminars, workshops and networking opportunities with government representatives, business leaders, local organizations that support film development, film stars, producers, directors, members of the media and more.

The idea is to provide an entire support system to the rising entrepreneurs by helping them to pitch their ideas and get connected with the potential investors in film Industry.  The visit help to the students to learn and gain basic knowledge and providing an opportunity to heighten awareness of Hindi and English and Rajasthani cultures and identities to audiences of all cultural backgrounds. This was an experience and productive visit, which emphasized engagement, interaction, and practice the student, got specialized knowledge from expert Founder Mr. Somendra Harsh and Mrs. Anshu Harsh from RIFF.

Student also get an opportunity to meet with Mr. Tinu Anand (Director, Producer and Actor) took Master class/ workshop for students and other celebrities like Marianne Borgo, ITI Archarya, Charles Thomas of Cinema, Ustad Anwar Khan. Prof. Dr. Raju Agrawal, the director of S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute thanked to Ms. Anshu Harsh, the founder of RIFF for giving a chance to SMI MBA students to meet all the celebrities and attend the workshops and documentaries in Rajasthan International Film Festival. He said such visit act as an eye opener and learning experience for such talented students even in the feature films, documentaries and short films sectors.
